"I've spent much of my life chasing new places and things. Keeping doors open and maximizing optionality. Now I'm drawn to commitment." - Amen! I always used to be on the go and wanted to explore new places, I dreamed of living the "digital nomad" lifestyle moving from country to country. Then I found Barcelona and it stole my heart. I see myself growing old here and calling it home for the rest of my life. You gave me some ideas for my next post, thanks for sharing!

love that. Barcelona is spectacular. I once did a hiking trip down the Costa Brava through all the coastal towns and into Barcelona. just a fantastic part of the world.

How exciting! We just relocated our family from the East Coast to Colorado in hopes of living a more sustainable and slower lifestyle. We're still settling in but just being here and being immersed in more nature has been life changing. Looking forward to what comes next! Thanks for the extra push to stay the course, slow down, and focus on being mindful and intentional.

the complexity and interconnectedness of things has been on my mind as well. I have my personal blog where I write about my life and my climate newsletter and increasingly I've found points of overlap. I'm in no rush to merge or make any changes to how they're doing, but I do find myself curious about why I'm interested in many divergent topics. And increasingly, I'm realizing that what I used to view as distinct silos may actually all be intertwined

yea i feel that. i don't think there is a right answer here. for awhile, the separate containers felt supportive. then not. a big part for me just came down to intent. ultimately, i'm just more interested in exploring the interconnection and seeing what emerges over a decade than building out siloed topics

Great to read this update!

Esp excited about this:

"I stumbled into a new yoga studio and immersed myself in the practice. I connected with local breathwork practitioners and discovered new modalities to connect with the body."
